Erin's wonderful and gracious grandmother, Susie Regier, passed away a few days before Sadie was born. We were to look for a piece of furniture to remember her by, and at the Antique Village store on Osborne, we found a something that we thought was an appropriate way to honor Grandma Susie: A pull-out day bed built and used by the first wave of Mennonites to Manitoba (1876). The Antique Village staff dropped it off this afternoon.
